2020 Presidential Election Results
Bloomberg News is reporting live ballot results in the presidential race betwixt Republican Donald Trump and his Autonomous challenger, former Vice President Joe Biden. The Associated Press announced on Nov. 7 that Biden had reached the 270 electoral votes needed to win.
How Many Votes Have Been Counted?
Bloomberg News is estimating the percentage of total votes that have been counted using our ain turnout model. This number is more difficult to calculate than in by years because of how many people chose to vote absentee or by mail service instead of at their precinct on Election Day.
Even when the vote totals reach 100%, information technology doesn't necessarily mean that the count is terminal. Values can exceed 100% when turnout is higher than the model estimated. Right now, total vote estimates presume celebrated voter turnout, but this supposition may change throughout the nighttime in response to early turnout reports.
