Error Occured Trying to Upload Photo Myspace

Hi frankiea5,

Cheers for sharing your business organization here in the Microsoft Customs Forum. I know that it would be great if yous are able to upload your profile photo to your Microsoft account profile so others can immediately detect you if you will send them an email or you can notice if some tried to logged into your Part apps.

For us to exist able to isolate the cause of your concern, I'd like to know if you are trying to upload the photo through Microsoft account through the web? If so, I'd propose that you check if the same error volition occur on other web browsers.

Howdy, thank you sir for your quick response. I can easily change my profile picture in the Google chrome browser without whatever problems. I went to Microsofts accounts folio and found two different contour pictures apparently for two different accounts that I had over the years, for some reason I tin can't get back to that page in my edge browser or Google chrome browser. That Paige had 3 different bubbles with 2 different profile pictures of me. I'thou still searching for my page in my history having a hard fourth dimension finding it. I will proceed y'all updated on my issues.

I am having the same upshot. I have tried with Google Chrome and the new Edge. Getting the same message with whatsoever picture I try to upload. "Try over again later. We tried to upload your picture, merely something went wrong."

I have tried dissimilar dimensions, file sizes, jpg, jpeg, png, gif.

Can you provide us a screenshot of the folio that you are trying to view or where y'all endeavour to change your profile moving picture?

Are you trying to get to sign in to your info page with your Microsoft account, and and so select Add together motion-picture show or  Change motion-picture show,  then follow the instructions.

Have you tried to clear the browser cache and history to know if this will help resolve the outcome. And besides, can y'all ostend if you lot have tried to upload different images? If aye, does the event occurs on all of the epitome?

   I think I figured out the problem.. I clicked on sync account on my contour folio and when it wouldn't sync, I questioned it on thethe internet  and I got a response saying the new Edge was not able to sync your account and that Microsoft will have that issue stock-still with in a few  months with an update to the new Edge. And so that explained a lot. By the fashion the proof is that I can alter my contour picture show on MS account page no trouble, but the MS New Edge browser profile pic I can not change.It is an older picture of me. Not sure but you tin run across my new picture past my name on this community page I am typing on correct now. And then to sum it upwards, the new Edge browser volition not sync the profile paradigm, everything else I attempt works. By the manner some other result I discovered in windows ten after all the windows updates. When I kick up my estimator I see that MS Word besides launches on startup. I have no docs open and then non sure what that it. I launched task manager and start options merely no discussion app is showing on startup. I guess something else to investigate...

All the same, it seems that the upshot is with the Windows OS performance. I propose that y'all raise this concern on the right category which is Windows 10.
