type cmd, right-click it and choose run as administrator.
Execute reagentc /enable command and press Enter.

I mean, I reactivated WinRE already. What I want is to revert WinRE's "Continue" back to "Exit and continue to Windows 11", because a firmware update on my Vostro caused it to say Windows 10 instead of 11, despite running Windows 11. System Configuration also said Windows 10 instead of Windows 11, so does "Default OS". BTW my PC only has Windows 11, no dualbooting.

Windows 11 uses same Kernel as Windows 10 hence the name in RE is normal. There are many places where it still says Windows 10, which I believe was the case before as well.
Can you share a screenshot of Boot tab from msconfig?

I thought you were using an unofficial Build, which doesn't look like the case. Moreover, I see Windows 11 everywhere where you see Windows 10. The next step is trying a repair install:
Try doing a repair install. A repair Install keeps everything including Files and applications and reinstalls Windows.
